(sell trademark) to third party. A trademark transfer contract must be signed and registered at RosPatent for such purpose. A contract that hasn’t been registered at RosPatent is deemed invalid.

Trademark Assigning Contract

Owner of a trademark may authorize an indefinite number of parties to use the trademark at a cost, reserving the exclusive right for this trademark. A trademark assigning contract must be signed and registered at RosPatent for such purpose.

You may make use of our approved contract form of trademark rights licensing.

The cost of our services of a contract compilation and registration at RosPatent is 10 000 RUB with the use of our contract form. The RosPatent’s fee for the registration of a contract is also 10 000 RUB

Registration timeframe at RosPatent is 2 months.
